A delegation comprising newly elected PPA centre and Punjab office bearers paid visit to the Director General Drugs Control, Additional Secretary Drug Control and Secretary PQCB on 29.03.2023 at 1-Birdwood Road Lahore and discussed the issues of Pharmacists related to Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department, Punjab.
Following remained the discussion points;
1- Start of Internship Program for fresh graduates in DTLs and Hospitals;
3- Creation of new seats for pharmacists in the health department;
4- On job training of pharmacists in the health department;
5- Revision of HPA and grant of NPA to Pharmacists;
6- Sanctioning of Technical Allowance to DTLs officers.
The PPA is thankful to the Drug Control Administration, Punjab for giving patient listening to the visiting delegation and assuring all out support for betterment of Pharmacy Services in Punjab.
